Being a mom is a good experience, but just being a mom is not enough. She has to be a good mom to. She can be helped out by preparing list of peoples whom she can call in emergency. Prepare good home made food for her. Take her to regular checkups. She should be visited regularly and helped to get out of her house. Help her by taking care of her child and run errands.
